We are looking for a hands-on Naval Architect, Draughtsman, or Designer to join our team. You will work directly with our management team on exciting marine design and development projects.

You do not need a formal degree for this role. We care more about your practical skills, technical know-how, and a great attitude. If you are eager to learn and ready to work in a fast-paced setting, we want to hear from you.

What We Need from You

• Software Skills: Excellent or good experience with Rhino 3D and a strong working knowledge of Maxsurf (including Modeler, Stability, and Resistance).
• Communication: Clear and professional written and spoken English.
• Flexibility: Willingness to travel inside Malaysia and internationally when needed.
• Work Ethic: Self-motivated, flexible, and able to collaborate closely with leadership.
