WE ARE HIRING | SERAPODCAST PRODUCER

We are looking for an experienced, confident, and creative YouTuber / Content Creator to join our Serapodcast team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience creating YouTube content, be comfortable in front of the camera, and have a strong understanding of how to produce engaging content for an audience.

Job Responsibilities:

• Create, plan, and produce engaging video content for the Serapodcast YouTube channel.
• Appear as a host, co-host, or presenter during podcast recordings and video sessions.
• Develop creative and interesting topics, concepts, and content ideas.
• Conduct basic research and prepare content before filming or recording.
• Participate actively during podcast discussions and maintain good audience engagement.
• Work closely with the production and marketing team to plan upcoming episodes.
• Keep up with current YouTube, TikTok, and social media trends.
• Assist in promoting Serapodcast episodes across social media platforms.
• Ensure all content is entertaining, relevant, and suitable for the target audience.

Requirements:

• Must have previous experience as a YouTuber or Content Creator.
• Must have an active or previous YouTube channel/portfolio to showcase.
• Confident and comfortable appearing in front of the camera.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Creative and able to generate fresh and engaging content ideas.
• Familiar with YouTube and social media content trends.
• Experience in podcasting, hosting, video production, or social media content is an added advantage.
• Able to work independently as well as with a team.
• Responsible, energetic, and committed to producing quality content.
