At UFOREA, we create joyful, safe, and memorable experiences for children and families. We are looking for energetic, friendly, and responsible Service Crew members to join our team and be part of a fun, fast-moving indoor playground environment.

Job Responsibilities:

As a Service Crew member, you will be responsible for welcoming customers, assisting children and parents, and ensuring smooth daily operations within the playground. Your main duties include:

• Greeting customers with a warm and friendly attitude.
• Assisting with ticketing, customer enquiries, membership matters, and daily operations.
• Supervising children in the play area to ensure their safety and comfort.
• Maintaining cleanliness and tidiness of the playground, party rooms, café area, facilities, and common areas.
• Supporting birthday parties, events, activities, and customer experiences when required.
• Monitoring playground equipment and reporting any damage, safety concerns, or maintenance issues to the supervisor.
• Ensuring company rules, safety guidelines, and service standards are followed at all times.
• Working closely with team members to create a fun, safe, and positive environment for all guests.

Job Requirements:

• Friendly, cheerful, and enjoy working around children and families.
• Responsible, hardworking, and willing to learn.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Able to work on weekends, public holidays, and shifts.
• Team player with a positive working attitude.
• Experience in customer service, retail, café, childcare, or entertainment industry will be an advantage, but not compulsory.
