• Assist Florist in preparing flower arrangements.
• Learn and apply basic techniques in flower arrangement.
• Maintaining flowers by trimming, conditioning, and organizing them for daily orders.
• Liaise with customers and delivery partners to ensure on-time flower delivery.
• Provide excellent customer service, taking orders and handling customer queries in person, via phone, or online.
• Assist in receiving, unpacking, storing flower and supply shipments.
• Monitor stock levels of flowers, tools, and other materials, ensuring they are well-maintained and organized.
• Assist in ordering flowers and stock supplies when needed.
• Assist in event decorations at customer assigned venue.
