JOB DESCRIPTION

• To supervise and coordinate daily site activities to ensure work is carried out in accordance with drawings, specifications and schedule.
• To monitor and control the quality of work, safety standards and site progress.
• To coordinate with engineers, subcontractors and workers on site.
• To ensure proper use of materials, equipment and manpower on site.
• To conduct site inspection and report any issues to the Project Manager / Engineer.
• To ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience as a Site Supervisor in the construction industry
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Thorough understanding of construction methods, materials, and building regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and delegate tasks as needed.
• Must able to Outstation.
• Working sites may be located across Peninsular Malaysia (West Malaysia).

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
