JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

- Order Processing

Issuing and confirming Purchase Orders (PO)

Tracking order status to ensure on-time delivery.

- Logistics & Inventory

Monitoring inventory levels to avoid shortages.

Coordinating shipping, logistics, and customs clearance.

- Documentation

Verifying Delivery Orders (DO), Invoices, and POs.

Maintaining accurate purchasing and supplier records.

- Collaboration

Working with Warehouse, Finance, and Sales.

REQUIREMENTS

- Detail-oriented and highly responsible.

- Good communication skills.

- Computer literate with knowledge of Autocount.

- Prior experience in purchasing & stock is an advantage

Pay: From RM4,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
