• Identify, approach and onboard independent and chain restaurants within the assigned cluster.
• Generate new sales and grow repeat orders from existing customers
• Promote and sell our food products according to company price list, promotions and pricing guidelines.
• Upsell and cross sell relevant products to increase order value and purchase frequency.
• Manage and follow up on orders via WhatsApp/by call: ensure accuracy of item, quantity and price.
• Follow up on deliveries and customer feedback by coordinating with internal teams (Sales Admin/Drivers) to resolve issues quickly.
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends in pricing, promotions, product demand.
• Follow up with customers on payment status and conduct systematic follow ups for overdue payments.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
