About the Role

Ready to kick-start your IT career in a bold lifestyle hospitality brand? As an IT Intern, you will be part of the Information Systems (IS) department, playing an important role in supporting the hotel’s day-to-day operations. Your technical knowledge, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills are essential in ensuring systems run smoothly and efficiently across all departments. The IS department is also responsible for maintaining and enhancing the hotel’s technology infrastructure.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day technical support to hotel team members, including hardware, software, network, peripheral devices and etc.
  • Handle incoming calls & messages to render technical support via Microsoft Teams, phone calls, or remote access tool.
  • User provisioning: Assist with the setup and maintenance of user accounts, access controls, and email configurations.
  • Support troubleshooting for Point-of-sales (POS), Property Management System (PMS), and other hotel operations systems.
  • Manage on-premises servers, monitor system performance, backups, and network health.
  • Coordinate with vendors for system technical support, IT equipment purchases, servicing, and repairs.
  • Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
  • Support system rollouts or upgrades as directed by the supervisor.
  • Assist in any IT-related administrative duties or projects assigned to the department


Requirements

  • Pursuing a Diploma or Higher NITEC in Information Technology or related field.
  • Basic understanding of Windows OS, networking, and Microsoft 365.
  • Proactive, responsible, flexible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
  • Available immediately for a minimum of 6 months.
