Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
Global Network Expansion: Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with telecom operators across Europe, US, South America, and Africa, as well as existing markets like HK, TW, and SE Asia.
Market Intelligence: Monitor global market shifts, competitor moves, and pricing trends in international bandwidth and data center sectors to secure competitive advantages.
Resource Integration: Design and execute procurement solutions for Data Center (IDC) business, IPT, IEPL, and DIA, ensuring high-bandwidth needs for major projects are met.
Strategic Sourcing: Lead end-to-end supplier management, from initial vetting and compliance in emerging markets to long-term performance evaluation.
Cost Optimization: Manage and reduce procurement costs through aggressive negotiation and lifecycle management of global resource contracts.
Project Support: Facilitate the procurement of hardware, software, and systems necessary for complex, integrated data center and networking projects
Job Requirements:
Extensive sourcing and vendor management experience in Europe, North America, South America, and Africa.
Familiar with telecommunications carrier products and prices such as overseas IDC, IPT, IEPL, and high-bandwidth DIA.
3+ years in telecommunications, cloud computing, or IT infrastructure procurement.
Professional fluency in English, Cantonese & Mandarin
