Responsibilities
The 25-storey B P International a total of 529 guest rooms, located in the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui now invite talented personnel to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for verifying the accuracy of daily revenue reports, ensuring that all revenues generated by various departments are properly recorded and reconciled.
Responsibilities
Audit and verify daily revenue reports from all operational departments (Rooms, Food & Beverage, Banquet and Retail) against supporting documents (bills, register readings, and system reports).
Reconcile system-generated revenue (PMS/POS) with the financial ledger, ensuring no discrepancies exist.
Perform audit checking.
Review guest folios and city ledgers to ensure all charges and payments are posted accurately and timely.
Ensure all financial transactions comply with hotel policies.
Report any unusual transactions or variances.
Perform month-end closing of all revenue aspect in accounting system.
Perform any ad hoc duty.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar audit or accounting role, preferably in hospitality industry.
Proficiency in Hotel Property Management System (e.g. Opera, Shiji) and Accounting Software (e.g. SunSystems, FlexSystem).
Strong analytical and numerical skills, detailed-oriented and meticulous.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
