- Negotiate and amend GMSLA documentation for a major financial institution

- Provide specialist expertise across securities financing documentation
What you'll bring
- 4+ years' PQE in banking, finance or derivatives law
- Proven experience negotiating GMSLA agreements
- Strong understanding of securities lending and related documentation
- Independent right to work in Singapore
