Job Responsibilities :

• KOL Sourcing & Outreach : Proactively hunt for emerging and established KOLs in financial spaces. Leverage on chain data, social listening tools, and community engagement to discover untapped influencer opportunities. Develop hyper-targeted outreach strategies (cold emails, DMs, networking at events, warm introductions) to initiate high-converting conversations.
• Influencer Recruitment & Onboarding : Pitch and persuade KOLs to partner with us by clearly communicating our value proposition and mutual growth opportunities. Structure win-win partnerships (paid sponsorships, revenue-sharing, equity/token incentives, or exclusive access deals).
• KOL Development & Growth : Educate and empower KOLs with deep product knowledge, ensuring authentic and impactful promotions. Identify high-potential micro-influencers and help them grow into long-term brand advocates.
• Trading Community : Immerse yourself in Twitter, Telegram groups, Discord communities, and Web3 events to spot rising influencers before they go mainstream. Build genuine relationships with KOLs by engaging with their content, offering value, and positioning our brand as a thought leader.
• Perform any ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior.

Requirements :

• 2-3+ years in influencer/KOL acquisition, preferably in Fintech or related business.
• Proven ability to cold-outreach and close deals with high-profile influencers.
• Knowledgeable in blockchain payments is a plus; Good to have an existing financial investment related network of KOLs.
• Persuasive communicator with a knack for selling partnerships to influencers.
• Fluent in English & Mandarin (spoken & written)
