Responsibilities
Working Hours
5 days as per rostered (including WE/PH)
AM: 7am to 4.30pm / 9.30am to 7pm
PM: 11am to 8.30pm / 1pm to 10.30pm
Night: 10pm to 7.30am
Job Responsibilities
Register patients and perform admission, transfer, and discharge procedures.
Handle inpatient and outpatient billing transactions accurately and efficiently.
Collect payments through various payment modes including cash, NETS, credit cards, and digital payment platforms.
Assist patients with insurance claims, Medisave, MediShield, and other healthcare financing enquiries.
Provide financial counselling and explain bill estimates to patients and next-of-kin.
Process medical report requests and coordinate with relevant departments for fulfilment.
Maintain accurate patient records, documentation, and billing information.
Attend to patient enquiries and provide quality frontline customer service.
Manage departmental email enquiries, administrative duties, inventory tracking, and reporting activities.
Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the reporting officer.
Job Requirements
Minimum GCE ‘N’ / ‘O’ Levels, NITEC, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
Prior experience in customer service, healthcare administration, admissions, registration, or billing will be advantageous.
Good communication and interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Able to work 5 days per week on a rostered basis, including rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
