About Us

MiAO Worlds is a Singapore-based AI startup building consumer and enterprise AI products. Hirona AI is our autonomous AI recruiter — it conducts first-round voice interviews with candidates through a single shareable link, then scores, ranks, and shortlists applicants automatically. It lets founders and lean teams hire without a recruiter or careers page.

The Role

You will be Hirona AI's first dedicated go-to-market hire, owning the commercial side of the product end to end. You'll define the GTM strategy, build the customer pipeline from zero, and turn early traction into a repeatable playbook — starting with Singapore, expanding into Southeast Asia. You'll work directly with the CEO and alongside our engineering and product teams.

What You'll Do

• Own Hirona AI's go-to-market strategy: ICP definition, positioning, messaging, and pricing input
• Build and run the sales pipeline — outbound to SME owners, founders, and recruitment agencies; product demos; converting prospects to active, paying users
• Develop channels and partnerships: staffing agencies, business associations, startup communities, and co-marketing opportunities
• Represent Hirona AI at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events, owning lead capture through to follow-up
• Create sales and marketing collateral: pitch decks, case studies, campaign and website copy
• Feed market and customer insight back into the product roadmap
• Define GTM metrics, report progress to the CEO, and build the playbook (and later, the team)

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years in B2B SaaS or tech go-to-market, sales, or growth roles; 0→1 or early-stage startup exposure a strong plus
• Proven record of building pipeline and closing revenue, ideally selling to SMEs, founders, or HR buyers
• Strong familiarity with the Singapore SME and startup landscape; regional SEA exposure a plus
• Full professional fluency in English and Mandarin
• Hands-on and resourceful — comfortable prospecting, demoing, closing, and writing your own collateral

Bonus points: HR-tech / recruitment industry experience; familiarity with AI products; an existing network of SME owners or agency leaders; fluency with modern outbound tools (CRM, Apollo/LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
