Responsibilities
Job Summary:
The Clinical Executive at WalkAgain Rehab plays a vital role in bridging clinical standards, patient care coordination, and healthcare technology integration. The job covers driving end-to-end patient pathways, enforcing clinical compliance and SOPs, conducting clinical audits, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and executive management to optimize therapeutic outcomes and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee end-to-end clinical patient pathways, from initial screening and intake assessment to treatment tracking and follow-up care.
• Assist doctors and senior therapists during clinical assessments to ensure accurate documentation and care plan execution.
• Coordinate daily scheduling among physiotherapists, doctors, and tech operators to optimize treatment sessions and reduce wait times.
• Monitor patient response to therapies, ensure safety protocols during robotic rehabilitation, and maintain clinical progress records.
• Ensure strict clinical adherence to safety standards, rehabilitation guidelines, and healthcare regulatory compliance.
• Conduct routine clinical audits, verify patient documentation accuracy, and enforce infection control and safety SOPs.
• Collect and collate clinical progress data, outcome measures, and therapeutic performance metrics for management review.
• Gather patient case studies, clinical outcome statistics, and feedback to support internal quality reviews and scientific/educational presentations.
• Collaborate with the Operations and BD teams to collect patient testimonials and progress videos (ensuring proper consent) for awareness programs.
• Assist in organizing clinical workshops, continuing medical education (CME) sessions, and webinars.
Qualifications and Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree or Master's in Medicine (MBBS / MD), Physiotherapy, Nursing, Healthcare Management, or related Allied Health disciplines.
• Minimum 2–3 years of clinical or operational experience in a healthcare, hospital, or rehabilitation centre environment.
• Previous experience in neurorehabilitation or medical technology integration is preferred.
• Strong understanding of clinical protocols, patient flow management, and quality compliance.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to liaise effectively between clinicians, patients, and executive management.
• Good analytical capability to interpret operational clinical data and patient outcomes.
