Responsibilities
Job Purpose
- Develop and implement new / enhanced products & services to meet customer needs.
- Renew existing product offerings to ensure continued relevance of value proposition.
- Involve in key initiatives to assist GSME Banking to achieve its revenue and profit growth targets.
- Develop and implement new lending programs to support Group SME Banking strategic direction and value proposition to customer to gain market share
- Regular review on lending programs effectiveness and identify areas for enhancement
- Conduct product programs related training
- Initiate and develop campaigns to drive sales productivity and product take-up rates.
- Review on operational flows and streamline operating processes to improve/simplify sales processes
- In-charge of the maintenance (including updates/ communications/ handling Sales queries) for Group SME Banking forms and checklist, SOP
- Support the development/ user testing of product program’s system parameters and codes.
- Conducts research & benchmarking studies of other competitors & marketplace and the research & analysis of new products & services, including industry value chain assessments.
- Act as liaison with Bank Negara, Government Agencies on product regulatory matters and compliance issues, and Bank Negara Credit Risk Review (CRR) related matters for Group SME Banking
