• Role Description

oversee baking process from start to finish to ensure adherence to quality standards

ensure proper handling of raw material, as well as finished products

develop new recipes and improve existing formulas to maintain premium product quality

 drive product innovation and technical development for existing and new products

identify and resolve product quality issues based on customer feedback

Initiate cost control initiatives as well as monitoring of wastage and inefficiencies

Working closely with Production , Operations & Maintenance team to ensure recipes and baking process are executed  accordingly 

Ensure all R&D protocols and production handling procedures adhere strictly to local food safety regulations, hygiene codes, and Halal certification requirements.

Lead and train a team of bakers on baking techniques, procedures and continuous improvement

 Requirement

3-5 years’ experience in manufacturing process of bakery products 

Experience in SOP development, quality audits, and process improvement

Experience in product research & development, quality audits, and process improvement.

Understanding of GMP, HACCP, HALAL requirement

Willing to travel between multiple factories & overseas
