KGiSL Hiring! Full Time SAP SuccessFactors in Federal Territory - Ricebowl

Role Objective

1. Business Continuity

Establish dedicated support resources to proactively monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve day-to-day transaction failures between SAP Fieldglass and SAP SuccessFactors.

Ensure timely issue resolution to minimize operational disruption and maintain seamless contingent workforce processes.

2. Root Cause Analysis and Permanent Resolution

Conduct a comprehensive analysis of recurring integration failures between Fieldglass and SuccessFactors to identify underlying root causes.

Collaborate with the appropriate Newmont business and technical teams to design, test, and deploy corrective fixes that eliminate defects, reduce failure rates, and improve overall integration stability.

3. Expected Outcomes

Reduce transaction failure volume (near zero %) and faster issue resolution.

Improved reliability of the Fieldglass–SuccessFactors integration.

Elimination of recurring defects through permanent corrective actions.

Increased business confidence and operational continuity.

Role Scope 1 : SAP SuccessFactors/LMS SMEs: ( 2 resources ) 

Manual updates of FG integration errors until there is strategic enhancements done to the solution

Manual updates in S4 for data replication errors

Manually update LMS status for terminated TPW's

Develop reports, actively monitor records in CORE

Monitor LMS access for TPW's

Root cause analysis of issues

Support redesign of FG integration - support day to day questions, development & testing

Provide inputs to Scope 2 resources for issue resolution

Skills - Sr. Consultant with knowledge of SF EC [previous knowledge of FG is a big plus, must have knowledge of SF API's]

SF EC with experience in doing mass updates, developing reports (including Story Reporting)

Role Scope 2: 1 Resource – Sr. Fieldglass Technical Architect / Fieldglass Integration SME

Time Zone - Coverage until 11AM MYT [Able to take over from previous resource]

Root cause analysis of integration failures on/from Fieldglass

Update Fieldglass Connector setup as needed

Work with Integration resource, Saviynt, SF/CORE. LMS to do redesign and unit test.
