Position Overview
Judibas GOC is looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in Johor Bahru, Malaysia.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving new business development, lead generation, client acquisition, sales growth, and account management. This role requires an individual who is confident in dealing with clients, capable of identifying new opportunities, and motivated by achieving measurable sales targets.
- The position is fully onsite and will involve face-to-face client meetings, networking, prospecting, presentations, negotiations, and participation in local business development activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities within the Malaysian market by targeting potential customers, industries, and business segments.
- Generate, qualify, and convert leads through networking, cold calling, email outreach, referrals, market research, and other sales channels while maintaining a strong and healthy sales pipeline.
- Conduct meetings with prospective and existing clients to understand their business requirements and present Judibas GOC's services and solutions professionally.
- Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, sales presentations, and commercial offers, followed by consistent and professional follow-up throughout the sales cycle.
- Negotiate commercial terms within approved company guidelines and successfully close new business opportunities to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Build, manage, and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients, serving as a key point of contact for assigned accounts.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, client retention, and account growth.
- Coordinate with internal teams to understand and fulfill client requirements and ensure a smooth transition from sales acquisition to service delivery/account management.
- Monitor market trends, customer requirements, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities to identify potential partnerships and new revenue channels.
- Represent Judibas GOC at business meetings, networking events, exhibitions, and relevant industry activities to strengthen the company's market presence.
- Provide management with regular market intelligence, competitor insights, sales updates, and recommendations to support business expansion.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records, including leads, prospects, opportunities, client interactions, and sales activities.
- Prepare regular sales pipeline, activity, conversion, and revenue reports and track performance against assigned targets.
- Ensure all sales and client activities comply with company policies, procedures, and approved commercial guidelines.
Required Qualification
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is preferred.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in Sales, Business Development, Account Management, or a similar commercial role.
- Proven experience in lead generation and new business development.
- B2B sales experience will be an advantage.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Ability to develop and maintain professional client relationships.
- Target-oriented with a proven ability to achieve sales objectives.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.
- Must be a Native Malaysian candidate.
- Must be willing to work onsite in Johor Bahru, Malaysia.
