Job Description

Responsibilities

Meeting daily manufacturing targets, maintaining high quality control standards on fabrics and stitching, supervising sewing and assembly staff, and coordinating site measurements or installation schedules.

Daily Production Management

  • Check daily production goals and fix workflow delays.
  • Assign tasks to sewing and assembly operators.
  • Manage shift handovers to keep production moving smoothly.

Quality and Safety Control

  • Inspect finished curtains for stitching accuracy and correct measurements.
  • Make sure workers follow safety rules and standard operating procedures.
  • Keep workstations clean and organized
