Procurement Executive
Position available: One
Reports to: Procurement & Logistics Manager
Job Description: This is a full-time position

The Procurement Executive is responsible for managing the end-to-end procurement process to ensure the timely, cost-effective, and quality acquisition of goods and services. The role supports business operations by sourcing reliable suppliers, negotiating favorable terms, maintaining supplier relationships, and ensuring compliance with company procurement policies while contributing to cost optimization and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:
  • Sourcing and purchasing of materials or equipment as per RFQ project requirements
  • Ensure execution of purchases are in accordance with company polices and quality procedures
  • Conduct sourcing of materials and equipment locally and internationally for operation, production, and project requirements in accordance to established policies and procedures
  • Analyse and evaluate quotations from vendors and conduct negotiation, where necessary, to achieve the best overall deal in terms of technical conformance, delivery compliance and commercial considerations
  • Track and expedite orders and provide timely status reports for project progress updates
  • Conduct supplier appraisals and audits
  • Ensure that all standard operating procedures comply with specifications, quality standards, statutory and regulatory requirements
  • Resolve supply, quality, and service issues with supplier
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
  • With experience, work under procurement experience in Engineering will be an advantage
  • Computer literate preferably has knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Meticulous, good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Teamwork spirit
  • Entry Level are welcome
