Influencer Marketing (IM) Admin Intern

Job Description

The IM Admin Intern will support the Influencer Marketing team by handling essential

administrative tasks to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and proper documentation of

processes.

Education Backgrounds (min)

Obtained an academic result of CGPA 3.0 and above or equivalent

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent

Key Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain influencer database and profiles
• Document workflow processes and campaign execution steps
• Prepare and manage payment forms, invoices, and status updates
• Assist in compiling reports and internal updates for team meetings
• Support the team in sourcing influencer information and compiling shortlists
  
  

Requirements

• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
• Good communication and time management skills
• Able to work independently and handle repetitive documentation tasks with accuracy
