About Our Client
A globally recognized multinational organization (Manufacturing Industry) with a strong international footprint and well-established supply chain operations across multiple regions. As part of its continued investment in global operations excellence, the organization is expanding its Supply Chain team to support import/export transaction verification, trade operations governance, and logistics cost controls.
Job Description
- Verify freight, logistics, and supply chain service invoices against contracted rates, approved quotations, and supporting documentation
- Review import/export-related charges including customs, detention, demurrage, transportation, and logistics costs
- Ensure accurate recording of verified transactions within SAP and related systems
- Investigate discrepancies and coordinate with service providers and internal stakeholders to resolve invoice and billing issues
- Follow up on supporting documentation to ensure completeness, accuracy, and audit compliance
- Support cost control, operational governance, and risk mitigation activities
- Participate in process improvement, standardization, and digitalization initiatives
- Maintain documentation required for audit readiness and operational controls
The Successful Applicant
A successful Global Trade Operations Executive (Import/Export Verification) should have:
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Up to 2 years of experience within Supply Chain, Logistics, Transportation, Trade Operations.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Exposure to SAP, ERP systems, logistics operations, shipping documentation, freight forwarding, or import/export processes would be advantageous
