Join Our Team as a Recruiter

We’re looking for an outgoing, proactive and people-oriented Recruiter to join our young and energetic team! If you enjoy meeting new people, communicating with different personalities and taking initiative to get things moving, you’ll fit right in!

Your main focus will be to source, engage and recruit potential candidates, while supporting the overall recruitment process from initial outreach to interview coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and identify suitable candidates through various recruitment platforms and channels
• Reach out and engage potential candidates
• Conduct initial candidate screening
• Coordinate and schedule interviews
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Maintain and update recruitment records
• Explore new and creative ways to improve candidate sourcing
