Responsibilities

• Demonstrate enthusiasm and energy when engaging with customers to create a positive experience
• Apply knowledge of computers, laptops, and accessories to assist customers effectively
• Use basic computer skills to operate POS systems for invoicing and manage documents in MS Word and Excel
• Participate actively in training sessions to improve technical and customer service skills
• Adapt quickly to start work immediately or within a short notice period
