You will be responsible for ensuring online grocery orders are processed accurately and delivered on-time. The job tasks include inventory management, maintaining pick, pack and delivery standards. You need to attend to order-related enquiries by customers. You are also required to supervise and train a team of Grocery Shoppers and Replenishers in ensuring the smooth running of daily operations and manpower rostering. 

Monitor and ensure online grocery orders are processed accurately and delivered on time
Maintain SOPs for picking, packing, dispatching and delivery
Attend to order-related enquiries by customers (Zendesk)
Ensure proper receipt and issuance of goods
Perform record-keeping, stock movement control and assist in the return of damaged goods
Ensure cleanliness and perform housekeeping in the store area
Ensure safe practices and orderliness in the store area
Ensure high-quality and timely rostering practices and the plotting of Time Management System
Need to help up on ordering of stocks from WH to fulfil customer orders
Perform other ad-hoc duties as needed (e.g. picking, replenishment, ordering of stationeries)

Requirements

Diploma/ GCE ‘A’ level/ Higher NITEC/ GCE ‘O’ level with minimum 2 years of relevant experience
Independent and team player with good leadership skills
Service-oriented and hands-on person
Able to carry loads of about 15kg

Working Hours:

6 day work week including weekends and PHs
Rotating shifts: 7:00 AM - 3:20 PM, 11:00 AM - 7:20 PM, and 2:00 PM - 10:20 PM
