Key Responsibilities:

• Reply to patient enquiries via WhatsApp and other communication channels politely and professionally.
• Arrange and manage patient appointments and schedules.
• Handle prescription and medication arrangements as instructed by the dentist.
• Communicate effectively with patients and provide clear information regarding appointments and treatments.
• Welcome and assist patients in a friendly and professional manner.
• Manage patient registration, payments, receipts and basic administrative tasks.
• Coordinate with dentists, dental assistants and other staff to ensure smooth daily clinic operations.
• Follow up with patients regarding appointments, treatment plans and other clinic matters.
• Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality of patient information.
• Handle enquiries and complaints professionally and escalate them to the dentist or management when necessary.
• Assist with general reception and administrative duties as required.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the management.

Pay: RM3,200.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
