FITB Digital Agency Hiring! Full Time Sales Executive in Johor - Ricebowl

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced and driven Sales Executive to help grow FITB Digital Agency's client base. Your focus will be on closing deals, cold calling prospects, managing existing client relationships, and expanding our reach into new potential customers.

What You'll Do

• Cold call and prospect for new business opportunities.
• Present and sell our digital agency services to new and existing clients.
• Identify and develop new business leads.
• Manage day-to-day communication with existing clients, ensuring strong relationships and satisfaction.
• Arrange client meetings and deliver sales presentations.
• Prepare quotations and sales proposals.
• Follow up on leads, enquiries, and sales opportunities to close deals.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.
• Consistently hit or exceed monthly sales targets.

What We're Looking For

• At least 1 year of experience in sales.
• Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to converse in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
• Confident on the phone, comfortable with cold calling and handling rejection.
• Energetic, self-driven, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Enjoys meeting new people and building relationships.
• Strong initiative and a results-oriented mindset.
• Possess a valid driving licence.
• Comfortable travelling for client visits.
