Full-Time E-commerce & Livestream Admin Assistant (Immediate Hiring)

As our e-commerce and livestream business continues to grow, we're looking for a motivated team member to join us immediately. Candidates who can start immediately and are available this Friday & Saturday (12pm–9pm) will be given priority.

SpreeSuki is a Singapore-based e-commerce business selling 100% authentic luxury handbags sourced directly from official brand stores and outlets in the USA. We sell on Shopee, Lazada and TikTok.

No experience required! We value attitude, willingness to learn and reliability. Full training will be provided.

Working Hours

• Mon–Fri: 8:30am–5:30pm (1-hour lunch)
• On livestream days: 12pm–9pm
• Occasional Saturdays for livestreams (weekday off provided)

Job Scope

• Prepare products before livestreams
• Retrieve products quickly during livestreams
• Support the livestream host
• Stock counting and inventory checks
• Pick & pack customer orders
• Receive and organise stock
• Print invoices and shipping labels
• Data entry and general admin duties
• Maintain a clean and organised workspace

Requirements

• Basic PC skills (typing, Chrome, Microsoft Office)
• Positive attitude and willing to learn
• Organised and detail-oriented
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Honest, reliable and punctual

Bonus: Experience in e-commerce, livestreaming, retail, customer service or warehouse operations.
