Job Description

Responsibilities

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resource Executive to join our team and support the organisation across key HR functions — including recruitment, payroll administration, training & development, and general HR operations.

Position: Human Resource Executive


Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from manpower requisition, job advertisement, candidate sourcing and screening, to interview coordination, selection and onboarding.
  2. Handle monthly payroll processing and administration, including salary calculation, statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB), claims and payroll-related reporting, using the HR2000 system.
  3. Coordinate and support training and development activities, including training needs identification, programme coordination, attendance tracking, evaluation and training records.
  4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases, including data entry and updates in HR2000.
  5. Assist in the preparation of HR reports, statistics and management reports.
  6. Support the implementation and administration of HR policies, procedures and initiatives.
  7. Provide HR support and advice to employees and department heads on day-to-day HR matters.
  8. Ensure HR processes, payroll transactions and documentation comply with company policies and applicable statutory requirements.
  9. Perform other HR-related duties and projects as assigned.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or equivalent.
  2. 2–3 years of working experience in a Human Resource generalist role, covering recruitment, payroll and training & development.
  3. Hands-on experience using the HR2000 system is required.
  4. Solid understanding of payroll processing and Malaysian statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).
  5. Good understanding of HR processes, policies and practices.
  6. Strong communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
  7. Able to work independently as well as collaboratively with different departments.
  8. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  9. Proactive, organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities.
