Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary HR contact point for designated divisions within the Human Resources Office, delivering comprehensive and responsive HR support services
Support the administration and implementation of human resources policies, procedures, and practices across a broad range of functions, including recruitment and selection, contract renewal and further appointments, promotion, transfer, redeployment, redundancy, separation of employment, compensation and benefits, learning and development, performance management, as well as staff recognition and disciplinary matters
Undertake assigned HR projects and designated subject areas, managing tasks independently and exercising sound judgment with minimal supervision
Provide administrative and secretariat support to committees and assist in the coordination of HR-related meetings, activities, and initiatives as required
Coach and mentor junior team members within the Division, offering guidance, knowledge sharing, and support to facilitate their professional development
Carry out any other responsibilities or ad hoc assignments as delegated by the Director of Human Resources or authorized representatives
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree from a recognized university
At least 5 years of relevant HR experience with supervisory responsibilities
Solid knowledge of HR policies, practices, and employment-related matters
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Experience in committee secretariat support is preferred
Proactive, organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
Excellent command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
