Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Campus Recruiting Coordinator for our client in Hong Kong or Singapore . In this role, you will play a key part in delivering a seamless recruiting experience for our early-careers programs, partnering closely with internal recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-End Recruitment: Partner with internal recruiters to manage the full life-cycle recruiting process for various business units.
Interview Coordination: Interface with candidates, internal colleagues, and third-party vendors to schedule phone, video conference, and on-site interviews across time zones.
Pipeline & System Management: Maintain and track candidate pipelines in our web-based Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure high data integrity.
Stakeholder Liaison: Work closely with hiring teams to gather interview feedback and determine candidate next steps promptly.
Offer & Onboarding: Prepare offer documents and maintain clear communication with candidates throughout the pre-onboarding stage.
HR Projects & Operations: Support ad-hoc HR and recruitment initiatives, including candidate tracking, expense processing, and process documentation.
Requirements (Skills & Talents)
Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Experience: Prior internship or full-time experience in a professional corporate environment. Experience in recruitment or general HR functions is a plus, but not required.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook (experience with complex Outlook meeting coordination is advantageous).
Execution & Detail: Exceptional analytical skills, strong attention to detail, and a robust track record of follow-through.
Adaptability: Demonstrated ability to multi-task, prioritize effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Work Ethic: Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
