Job Summary

We are looking for a Mid-Level .NET Developer to design, develop, test, and maintain scalable enterprise applications using Microsoft .NET technologies. The successful candidate will work closely with Business Analysts, Solution Architects, QA Engineers, DevOps Engineers, and Project Managers.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and maintain applications using C# and .NET / .NET Core.
• Design and develop RESTful APIs and web services.
• Develop backend business logic and application components.
• Work with frontend developers to integrate backend services with web applications.
• Develop and maintain database solutions and SQL queries.
• Perform unit testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Investigate and resolve application defects and production issues.
• Participate in code reviews and follow coding standards and best practices.
• Integrate applications with internal and third-party systems.
• Work with QA teams during SIT, UAT, and production releases.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipelines and application deployments.
• Prepare technical documentation and support application maintenance.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Technical Skills

• Strong programming experience in C#.
• Hands-on experience with .NET / .NET Core / .NET 6+.
• Experience developing ASP.NET Core MVC and Web API applications.
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
• Experience developing and consuming REST APIs.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Experience with SQL Server, Oracle, or PostgreSQL.
• Good knowledge of Entity Framework / Entity Framework Core.
• Experience with LINQ.
• Familiarity with Git / GitHub / GitLab.
• Experience with Visual Studio / Visual Studio Code.
• Knowledge of unit testing using NUnit, xUnit, or MSTest.
• Knowledge of Docker and CI/CD is an advantage.
• Experience with Azure or AWS is a plus.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture and messaging technologies such as Kafka or RabbitMQ is an advantage.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–6 years of professional .NET development experience.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and software development methodologies.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Experience developing enterprise-level applications is preferred.
• Experience in banking, financial services, insurance, or other enterprise environments is an advantage

Pay: RM5,821.95 - RM11,277.37 per month
