Provide IT support for desktops, laptops, hardware, software, and end users.
Troubleshoot technical issues and handle user requests, including account and password management.
Install, configure, and upgrade IT equipment, systems, and software.
Manage IT assets, coordinate with vendors, and support IT projects and system upgrades.
Requirements:
Min. Higher Nitec in Computer Engineering or equivalent.
Min. 1 year of End-User Technical Support working experience or equivalent.
