Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Beauty Centre Manager to oversee the daily operations and overall business performance of our beauty and scalp care centre.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the beauty and scalp care centre.
• Lead, supervise and manage beauticians, therapists and customer-service staff.
• Prepare staff rosters and allocate duties according to operational requirements.
• Recruit, train, coach and evaluate employees.
• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve business targets.
• Manage customer consultations, feedback, complaints and service-recovery matters.
• Maintain high standards of customer service, hygiene and workplace safety.
• Monitor inventory and arrange the procurement of products and supplies.
• Prepare operational, sales, inventory and staff-performance reports.
• Plan customer-retention, promotional and business-development initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Diploma or professional qualification in Beauty Therapy, Wellness, Massage Therapy, Business Management or a related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in the beauty, scalp care, slimming, wellness or personal-care industry.
• At least 3 years of supervisory or managerial experience.
• Strong leadership, staff-management and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven experience in managing centre operations, sales targets and customer relationships.
• Able to work retail hours, weekends and public holidays according to the duty roster.
