Job Summary

You will prepare and analyze financial reports, monitor internal controls, and support budgeting to drive financial growth and compliance with Singapore regulatory standards in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze financial reports to support informed decision-making
• Monitor internal controls to ensure accuracy and compliance with policies
• Prepare monthly profit and loss statements to track financial performance
• Participate in creating quarterly operational budgets to align financial planning with business goals
• Develop actionable plans to drive financial growth and improve profitability
• Evaluate financial risks to mitigate potential losses and support strategic decisions
• Streamline accounting functions and operations to enhance efficiency and accuracy
• Submit required regulatory financial statements to Singapore government authorities on time
• Prepare and process internal transfers to maintain accurate financial records

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Degree or Master’s in Accounting or equivalent
• Proven experience in a similar role of at least 3 years
• Proficient in accounting software usage to manage financial data effectively
• Familiarity with the food and beverage industry and its accounting functions
• Auditing experience to support financial accuracy and compliance
• Strong understanding of Singapore’s financial regulatory requirements
• Fluent in spoken and written English to communicate financial information clearly
• Commitment to organizational growth and continuous improvement
• Passion for working with numbers and financial data
