They are looking for an experienced professional as Training Manager to drive learning initiatives, manage strategic projects, and partner with key stakeholders to support business performance and frontline excellence.

Your new role

• Design and develop learning programmes, training materials, and capability-building initiatives for insurance distribution channels.
• Manage learning projects and training initiatives from planning to execution, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
• Deliver engaging training sessions on product knowledge, sales skills, customer engagement, and professional development topics.
• Coordinate and facilitate workshops, seminars, and learning events with internal and external stakeholders.
• Partner with business leaders and subject-matter experts to identify training needs and implement effective learning solutions.

What you'll need to succeed

• 
  Bachelor's degree or above.
  
• 
  5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, Sales Enablement, Distribution Support, Agency Development, or related functions within insurance, banking, or financial services.
  
• 
  Fluent in English is strongly preferred.
  
• 
  Knowledge of life insurance products, wealth management, bancassurance, partnership distribution, or insurance sales processes is highly preferred.
  
• 
  Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills, experienced in stakeholder and project management.
