Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and self-driven Application/System Configuration Executive to support a large-scale cloud platform replacement project. The successful candidate will be responsible for manually configuring system settings through a web-based user interface in a new cloud platform based on the configuration of an existing cloud system.

The role involves manually configuring application settings through a web-based user interface based on predefined configuration files and information on existing cloud platform. As configurations will be performed continuously from one customer to the next, the candidate must be able to work independently and consistently deliver accurate configurations within strict deadline with minimal supervision.

Job Description

·        Manually configure the system through a web-based user interface such as device naming, device schedule and timer configuration, operational parameters, and floor plan configuration.

·        Record existing customer configuration from legacy cloud platforms, like device schedule settings or other settings.

·        Manage multiple customer migration projects concurrently while ensuring quality and timeliness.

·        Maintain detailed migration records, progress tracking, and documentation.

·        Ensure all customer configurations are completed according to agreed timelines, with accuracy and service-level expectations.
