Job Requirements

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management or equivalent

• 6-8 years human resources experience in HR reporting and analytics

• Solid experience in handling HR projects with regional exposure

• Experience in sizable trading or manufacturing companies is preferable

• Previous experience in HR data management and process improvement

• Independent, initiative, analytical and able to work in a dynamics environment

• Detail-minded, energetic with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills

• Proficiency in using MS Excel (Pivot Tables, Charts) and HRIS systems

• Good communication of spoken and written English, Mandarin is a plus

• Immediate available is a great advantage

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate HR projects and deliver workforce analytics across HK, China and APAC branches

• Prepare HR dashboards and reports on compensations, headcount, turnover and talent mobility

• Collaborate with all operating locations on HR reporting consolidation and HR initiatives execution

• Perform analysis on workforce data, C&B benchmarking and budget to align with corporate strategy

• Responsible for HRIS enhancement, workforce planning and HR projects support & coordination

• Liaise with HR teams in Hong Kong and operating locations to ensure compliance with HR regulations

• Assist in driving continuous improvements to HR processes, systems, and operational efficiency
