Your new role

• Drive business transformation, process improvement, and strategic initiatives across client onboarding, KYC lifecycle management, and client data governance.
• Develop executive-level presentations and management updates, translating complex regulatory, operational, and data-related topics into clear, actionable insights.
• Lead project governance activities, including progress reporting, decision tracking, risk management, and stakeholder communications.
• Manage remediation and process enhancement initiatives from planning through execution and closure.
• Analyze performance metrics and operational data to provide meaningful business insights and recommendations.
• Partner closely with business, compliance, operations, and technology teams to deliver key strategic objectives across regional markets.

What you'll need to succeed

• 5+ years of experience within Financial Services, Consulting, Big 4, Project Management, Transformation, AML, Compliance, or Operations.
• Proven project management experience with the ability to manage multiple high-priority initiatives simultaneously.
• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word. VBA knowledge is a plus.
• Knowledge of KYC, AML, client onboarding, regulatory requirements, or Private Wealth Management is highly preferred.
