Project manager

Job scope:

* Plan and manage the mobilisation of new cleaning contracts

* Conduct site surveys and prepare manpower deployment plans

* Arrange cleaning schedules, equipment, chemicals and machinery

* Prepare project budgets and control manpower and overtime costs

* Coordinate with clients during project commencement and handover

* Monitor project performance, service quality and profitability

* Lead client meetings and prepare monthly performance reports

* Handle major complaints and implement corrective actions

* Ensure contract requirements, SOPs and safety standards are followed

* Coordinate periodic works and additional ad-hoc services

* Identify upselling opportunities and support contract renewals

* Guide Operations Managers, Executives and site supervisors

* Report project progress, risks and financial performance to management
