Job Descriptions:

• Monitor bar operations stocks and/or inventory and ensure they are in good condition for guests to use
• Convey any message from management promptly to team members as per instructions such as executing all in-house and third party outlets' promotions or corporate initiatives
• Ensure service delivery standards in line with SOPs and ensure conformance by carrying out SOP audits and follow-up
• Take care of F&B service sand provide relevant correspondence to guest queries
• Be familiar with Food and Beverage Operation functionality and other related task
• To comply with all company and local laws for restaurant licensing & renewals
• To monitor and take corrective action to reduce waste, misuse and breakage
• Work with procurement for Restaurant Operations on all related item
• Duties as assigned by the Management Team

Requirements:

• Experience in a hotel industry or high-volume restaurant environment (preferred).
• Experience with POS systems and inventory tracking tools.
