Responsibilities
SATS / dnata Cargo Terminal
Monitor cargo operations at SATS and dnata terminals.
Identify major operational issues affecting cargo flow.
Check MHS malfunctions, manpower shortages, truck waiting times, and cargo pile-up.
Monitor both landside and airside operations.
Cargo Import
Measure time taken for import cargo to be ready for collection (based on MAWB).
Measure time from cargo agent’s pickup request until the last piece of cargo is ready for collection.
Cargo Export
Measure time from cargo agent joining the queue until the first piece of cargo reaches the weighing scale.
Measure vehicle waiting time and time taken to clear access control at Changi Airfreight Centre
