Location: Central (Nearest MRT: Redhill)

Contract Period: 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2027 (extendable)

Working Hours:

• Monday to Thursdays: 9.00AM to 6.30PM
• Friday: 9.30AM to 6.30PM

Job scope:

• Manage front desk operations, handling enquiries, calls, and visitor assistance
• Perform administrative duties, including student attendance updates, records management, and data entry
• Maintain stationery, inventory, and key management systems
• Support with document preparation, filing, and certificate lamination
• Coordinate goods deliveries and manage lost-and-found items
• Assist with student services, including mobile phone retrieval
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE 'O' Level
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience in customer service and office administration functions
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
