Job Summary

The Executive Officer, Human Resources supports human resource management and administration, driving digitalisation and automation in HR processes to enhance efficiency and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage and update policies, procedures, and guidelines related to payroll, staff leave, and claims to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Implement human resources policies effectively to support organizational goals
• Monitor and ensure compliance with manpower regulatory requirements to maintain legal adherence
• Coordinate and execute end-to-end recruitment processes to attract and onboard qualified staff
• Maintain and update accurate staff records to support HR data integrity and reporting
• Administer and coordinate staff training and development programs
• Liaise with the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) and other government or private organizations on HR-related matters to ensure alignment and compliance
