Job Summary

The Assistant Project Manager (ACMV) supports the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing ACMV installation works for building services and M&E projects, covering design coordination through testing, commissioning, and handover.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate ACMV installation activities to ensure alignment with project timelines and quality standards
• Support design coordination by liaising with design teams to resolve technical issues and ensure constructability
• Assist in planning project schedules and resource allocation to optimize workflow and meet deadlines
• Facilitate communication between contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to maintain project progress and resolve issues
• Monitor installation progress and report deviations or risks to the Project Manager for timely mitigation
• Support testing and commissioning activities by coordinating with technical teams and ensuring compliance with specifications
• Assist in preparing project documentation and handover packages for client acceptance
