The HR Executive will support the HR Manager in managing daily HR operations and administration to ensure smooth, compliant and efficient HR processes. This role requires a hands-on individual who can operate effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment      

• Support HR Manager in day-to-day HR operational duties
• Manage and administer employee attendance, leaves and records
• Handle MOM work pass administration (application, renewal, cancellation)
• Coordinate interview arrangements and candidate scheduling
• Follow up on employee relations matters and support resolution processes
• Manage new hire onboarding process
• Process staff access cards, uniforms and related requisitions
• Liaise with external vendors and service providers
• Administer corporate insurance and employee medical benefits
• Support payroll related administration work and ensure timely, accurate submission
• Maintain proper HR documentation and employee records
• Coordinate payment arrangements with the accounting team
• Organise employee engagement activities, welfare events
• Support Training & Development initiatives, including course coordination and training grants
• Prepare and submit manpower-related surveys and reports
• Liaise with recruitment agencies and support hiring activities
• Participate in ad-hoc HR and company manpower projects
• Undertake other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Management from time to time

Work hours:
Monday- Thursday: 8am – 6pm
Friday: 8am – 5pm

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 or 3 years of relevant HR operational and administrative experience
• Familiar with Singapore Employment practices and MOM regulations
• Experience in manufacturing environment
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Meticulous, detail-oriented and able to work independently
• Good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Possess strong stakeholder management
• Proactive, efficient and willing to learn with a passion for HR
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Immediate availability is preferred.
