Job Description

Responsibilities

JobResponsibilities

  • Sustain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups
  • Timely responses to enquiries and effective issue resolution
  • Provide consistent support including reporting on daily activities
  • Manage order processing and ensure timely delivery to customers
  • Keep customers informed of delivery timelines and prepare delivery orders and invoices
  • Travel to customer sites as required for business-related activities

JobRequirements

  • Nitec holder and above
  • Minimum 1 year of sales support related experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Possession of a Class 3 driving license is an added advantage
