CHOW Hiring! Full Time Account Manager in - Ricebowl

CHOW is a creative agency working with F&B and hospitality brands across the region. We're building out our client-servicing bench to provide account support, with a need for consistent daily content management, vendor coordination among multiple stakeholders, and fast, on-brand responses across its social channels.

About the Role

We're looking for an Account Manager to own the day-to-day of this relationship: keeping content and approvals on schedule, coordinating vendors within the account's scope, and acting as the steady, organised link between our internal team, the client, and their partners. This is a hands-on, client-facing role suited to someone who's comfortable juggling multiple moving parts at once, keeps a cool head under daily deadline pressure, and is the kind of person a client knows they can always rely on.

Scope of Work

• Lead and partner with the client servicing team to effectively manage account responsibilities and daily client interactions, including vendor management that falls within the account scope of work
• Conduct regular monitoring and reporting of account pages to ensure optimal performance and the highest quality of output and client satisfaction, including working with the Performance Manager for paid ads
• Support the Content Strategist in presenting content plans to clients and managing the coordination of their feedback as needed
• Facilitate the approval process for content, manage client feedback, implement revisions, and update accounts accordingly
• Schedule and publish all finalised content pieces on time
• Monitor, respond to, and escalate queries and complaints that come through account pages daily
• If possible, be physically present and support production operations as needed
• One-year contract role

What We're Looking For

• Prior experience in account/client servicing, ideally with a retail, mall, or multi-stakeholder account
• Comfortable managing several vendors and workstreams in parallel without dropping the ball
• Strong daily communication habits. Quick, clear, and calm under pressure
• Confident representing the agency directly to the client, including handling escalations
• Available for occasional on-site presence to support shoots/production as needed
• Freelance availability with capacity for daily or near-daily involvement
