Job Summary

You will create and distribute engaging short-form video content across platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn to boost brand presence and support marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Plan, script, and produce short-form videos that align with brand voice and engage target audiences effectively
• Manage daily posting schedules across TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn to maintain consistent content flow
• Monitor trending video formats and audio to develop timely, relevant content that resonates with viewers
• Track and analyze performance metrics such as views, engagement, and shares to optimize content strategy continuously
• Collaborate with creative, product, and marketing teams to develop content that supports campaign goals

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in content creation for personal or professional projects
• Demonstrated ability to craft visually compelling stories with engaging, humorous, or emotionally resonant elements
• Ability to adapt and manage multiple content projects efficiently in a fast-paced environment
